The fine print, plainly
Does credit expire?+
Each credit is good for six months from the day it is issued. Your credit page shows the date next to every entry.
Can I use credit with a discount code?+
Yes. On the rare occasion we offer one, credit applies on top of it. The ten percent is based on what you pay.
Do I receive credit when I pay with credit?+
Only on the part you pay by card. If an order is $150 and you cover $50 of it with Leisure Credit, the ten percent is based on the remaining $100. Gift cards and wholesale orders do not receive credit.
What happens if I return something?+
The credit from that order is removed when the refund is issued. If you have already used it, the amount is taken out of your refund instead.
Do I need an account?+
Yes. Credit is tied to your Leisure Lab account so it is there whenever you sign in, on any device.
Can I cash it out?+
No. Leisure Credit is store credit and can only be spent at theleisurelab.com.
